CRC 3.0 High Altitude & Survival Training Program in Uttarakhand

The CRC 3.0 High Altitude & Survival Training is an intensive 9-day program designed for individuals who want to go beyond trekking and truly learn how to survive, operate, and perform in the mountains. Set in the remote landscapes of Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand, this program takes place in Khedmi Village, where participants live and train in real high-altitude conditions. The entire training is led by Ex-Special Forces Veteran Meen Bahadur Thapa, bringing real combat experience, discipline, and high-altitude expertise into every aspect of the program.

Under the guidance of Meen Bahadur Thapa, participants are exposed to real field-based training methods used in extreme conditions. Unlike regular adventure trips, CRC 3.0 focuses on building both physical endurance and mental resilience through practical training. You will learn basic mountaineering techniques, rock climbing, and rappelling, along with essential skills like map reading, terrain navigation, and camp setup, all taught with a hands-on, tactical approach inspired by Special Forces training.

A major highlight of the program is its survival training module, where you learn how to adapt and respond to challenging situations in the wilderness. From building shelters and managing resources to handling emergencies, the training is designed to prepare you for real-life mountain scenarios. In addition, participants receive basic medical first aid and emergency rescue training, equipping them to act effectively in critical situations.

The program also includes self-defence and unarmed combat sessions, helping build confidence, discipline, and situational awareness—skills that go beyond the mountains and into everyday life.

To make the experience more dynamic and competitive, CRC 3.0 features challenge-based activities such as the Survival to the Fittest Challenge, treasure hunt missions, and navigation tasks, where participants apply their learning in real-time under pressure. These activities test endurance, teamwork, leadership, and decision-making in a high-altitude environment.

At altitudes reaching up to 12,500 ft, participants not only learn essential mountain skills but also experience the lifestyle, challenges, and mindset required to thrive in high-altitude conditions. With a combination of training, adventure, and personal transformation, CRC 3.0 is more than just a course—it is a complete mountain survival experience.

Whether you are a beginner, an adventure enthusiast, or a defence aspirant, this program offers a unique opportunity to push your limits, build resilience, and train like never before in the Himalayas.

Sustainable Training & Environmental Responsibility

A key part of CRC 3.0 is learning how to co-exist with nature responsibly. During your 6–7 days in forest and high-altitude zones, you will be trained in Leave No Trace principles, ensuring minimal impact on the environment. Participants learn how to protect themselves in the wild while respecting wildlife, including awareness of animal behavior and safe practices in forest regions. The program emphasizes forest conservation, waste management, and sustainable living, so you not only survive in the mountains—but also contribute to preserving their beauty and ecological balance.
